Reservation process

• To confirm your reservation, we need the payment for services or a guarantee deposit.
• The payments or guarantee deposits can be made through our electronic platform or other means of money transfer, for example: Western Union, Moneygram, Interbank, etc.
• Reservations are confirmed within a maximum of 24 hours.
• Reservations will be confirmed when our system sends an email to the user with the status and reservation code.
• Our payment method is PayPal and all reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% charge. PayPal acts as an intermediary between tourist companies and passengers for the reservation process and payment of the services.



Reservation process for purchase of entrance ticket for the citadel of Machu Picchu

• In the case of purchase of entrance ticket for the citadel of Machu Picchu the payment will be 100%, the published price includes a commission on the base price.
• Electronic tickets generated on Saturdays and Sundays will be sent next Monday.

Changes and modifications

• Machu Picchu By Bus only makes changes and modifications for tickets purchased by our users on our website.
• The modification request is made 72 hours before the date of entry, minimum time.
• Modifications are subject to a penalty. Changes that can be made: Names, numbers and types of documents, date of entry.
• Note: the change of entry date is subject to the availability of the type of income.
• Modifications can only be made once and per ticket, once you make a change, no changes can be made.
• The transfer of a ticket to another user contemplates the same penalties described above.
• The data entered erroneously by Machu Picchu By Bus will be rectified without any cost.
• Machu Picchu By Bus is not responsible for the information provided erroneously by the user.
• Tickets with date for 2018 can not be modified for 2019, the reservation must be canceled and generate a new one.
• Changes and modifications are made from Monday to Friday and during office hours.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations can be made 72 hours before the tour or tourist service. Last minute cancellations are not accepted.
• Train tickets and entrance fees to Machu Picchu are not refundable in case of cancellation, but can be modified according to the specifications mentioned above.
• Cancellations are only made by the customer and by email, reimbursement will be made according to the penalties mentioned above.
• Just tickets for the citadel of Machu Picchu, cancellations for previously modified tickets will not be accepted.
• The reimbursement of cancellations will be made within 48 hours after confirming the cancellation. The refund will be made by the means of payment chosen by the client.
• In the event that the client has completed the payment of the reservation and there is no availability for the indicated date, the refund will be 100%.

Hotels and Accommodations

• Machu Picchu By Bus reserves the right to substitute hotels of the same category or higher.
• The number of single and matrimonial rooms is limited.

Feeding

• In all ground transportation services meals and snacks are served according to the transporter's policy.
• All the programs of trips or tours include the meals specified and published in the itinerary of program.
• All other meals and / or drinks are the responsibility of the passenger.
