FACTORS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING TICKETS FOR ANY OF THE MACHU PICCHU MOUNTAINS
- We recommend returning to Cusco on the third day, the trip will be easier and you will enjoy much more, you can also visit the Mandor waterfalls that are halfway to the bus station.
- If you decide to visit the citadel and some of its mountains, and return to Cusco by bus on the same day, the tour will be quick and you will not be able to enjoy your visit, you are also likely to miss the bus.
- If you decide to visit the citadel, ascent one of its mountains, and return to Cusco by bus on the same day, this is the reality: time is not enough, but if you decide to do so, changing some details of your itinerary, you won't enjoy fully your visit to the citadel of Machu Picchu.
- If you want to visit the citadel, ascent one of its mountains and return to Cusco the same day, the best option is to return to Cusco by train, we recommend booking train tickets several days before the trip, in high season the price of tickets increases and there aren't enough seats. If you want to do this tour, our Machu Picchu By Bus 2 days returning by train is perfect for you.
